Would you like to know exactly how Appenzeller® cheese is made and what the secret is? Then book a guided tour. Our hostess explains the finer points of the production of tasty Appenzeller® cheese in the visitors’ gallery in German, English or French. One thing is for sure though – she will not divulge the secret of the herbal blend!
